EBCA is targeted to simple, straightforward and result oriented targets, which can save all national associations a lot of money and help to improve patients rights nationally and internationally.

The targets we set for the first years are as follows:

• We would like to get to know our fellow patient organizations in Europe, to share our knowledge on campaigns from prevention to after care, and to share our experiences of the last few years with you on
• We would also like to inform you about the results of our campaigns and see what we can learn from your results.
• We can help each other to create good campaigns by learning from each other and helping each other with our existing marketing material and existing approaches of specific target groups of burn victims.
• We would like to know more about the situation of burns and burn patients in your country, and see if we can get a global idea on what kind of problems are European, and what problems are local (statistics on fire casualties, causes of fires, etc…).
