In the European ParliamentBuilding, EFA had the opportunity during a network lunch with Mr Malcolm Harbour (www.torymeps.com/content/malcolmharbour.htm), Chair Internal Market and Consumer Protection Committee (IMCO) and other members of the European Parliament (MEP) to exchange ideas.
First of all Mr Malcolm Harbour gave a presentation about IMCO, after this speech every member of EFA and of course also EBCA had the opportunity to ask some questions to Mr Harbour.
The objective of this lunch was to explore the ways in which ”MEPs” can cooperate with EΦA and EBCA to help improve fire safety in Europe, an issue that lies at the very heart of our commitment to protect EU citizens.

The 8th International Fire Sprinkler Conference was held in Brussels on May the 21th and can be called a huge success.
EBCA was invited by the Executive Director of the European Fire Sprinkler Network Mr Alan Brinson. Our member of board Mr Dominiek Viane had the opportunity to speech for 20 minutes and to explain wherefore EBCA stands. The 200 present persons were delighted.
